Railways To Yesterday is the parent organization
that operates the Rockhill Trolley Museum. The Museum was
started in 1960 with a single trolley; it has continued to grow
steadily over the years the collection now includes at least 24 trolleys.
The dates of the cars vary from 1895 to 1947. Most of the
cars are operable and beautifully restored to original or near
original condition. Rides can be had for $3 per person. The
museum has restored areas of track and the necessary overhead
cable needed to run the cars. They have recently added a
2,900 foot extension increasing the length of the ride to a 3 mile
round trip. The museum
also has a store where you can purchase souvenirs and information
related the museum and trolleys. To learn more about the museum or Railways to Yesterday, please contact them
